The Director of Mobile Development is a leadership role and the ideal candidate should feel comfortable establishing scalable and sustainable development processes and procedures and have a proven background contributing at the managerial, strategic and hands on level.
This leader’s primary function will be to deliver native device specific digital experiences for mobile, tablet and gaming consol systems with the immediate primary function focused on IOS Mobile Development. This is your opportunity to join a highly motivated team building a diverse set of experiences ranging from productivity applications, branded transitional experiences and highly engaging entertainment applications.
• Ensures delivered work product meets/performs to functional requirements.
• Technical oversight of developed solutions.
• Responsible for mentorship of more junior resources.
• Coding and development - this is a hands-on development role.
• Provides regular updates on project progress and outstanding issues.
• Possesses technical/functional expertise and knowledge
• Other responsibilities and key result areas will be assigned as required.
Minimum Experience
• 8+ years of development experience
• 3+ years of client and server side Java development experience
• 2+ years of IOS (Objective-C via XCode) development experience
• 2+ years of GUI application development
• 2+ years of relational database design and development
• 1+ years of XML and JSON processing/parsing experience
• Action Scripting experience is a huge bonus
